Phenotype
Phenotype Homozygous State Fewer CD4 T cells in peripheral blood or in thymus. Decreased cell surface expression of MHC II and CD86 on dendritic cells and B cells. Antinuclear autoantibodies (homogeneous nuclear) although this was incompletely penetrant on B6 background and absent on CBAxB6 background and may or may not be linked to CD4 cell deficiency.
