This release includes the following changes:

  • Improved strain submission with form pre-population. Users can now submit multiple strains without having to reenter user details more than once.
  • Email confirmations upon strain submission
  • Multiple Genes and Transgenes can now be added
  • Many new strains added and previous strains updated
  • Mutation sequencing data are now available
  • Genotyping protocols are now available
  • Phenotyping by FAC's are now available
  • Register interest for a search query
  • Added 'Getting started' page
  • Online Cryopreservation requests are now available
  • Online Health summary report submission
  • Find strain search results can now be exported to CVS Excel format
  • Added support for multiple Ontologies
  • Added scheduling of notifications for restricted strains that are soon to expire
  • Improved security
  • Several web interface enhancements for a better user experience
